Non-profit, Bay Area Ridge Trail’s mission is to plan, promote, and sustain a connected hiking, cycling, and equestrian trail on the ridgelines surrounding the San Francisco Bay. The organization had recently re-branded via a partnership with REI and needed an updated website. The new site needed to be very easy for staff to update and change content. A key feature of the redesigned site was the visually-rich ability to search and download individual trail maps in every region of the trail’s existing 360 miles. I have every confidence that the Ridge Trail will accomplish their goal of closing the 550-mile continuous loop.
